Color Me Bitter

I confided in a fellow co-worker about my interview at another agency. She told me that she knows a girl who works there and they just hired someone for the position I interviewed for. The guy is 22, just out of college, and has no work experience let alone insurance experience. His starting salary? $42,000. I don't know whether to laugh or to cry.
